We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes things might not always be what you expected. That’s why all items purchased at TAO Clean carry a 45-day no questions asked money back guarantee. Authorized domestic returns within the 45-day guarantee period may be returned at no charge to you. To ensure that your return is processed quickly and accurately, please contact our TAO Clean Customer Service Center. Please call +1 218 382 5326 or email arrange for the return. All returns to TAO Clean ship free via FedEx. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).

Once we've received your item at TAO Clean, we will process the refund for the product received using your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our facility.

We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 45-day money back guarantee. We are unable to issue refunds after 45 days from the date of purchase. However, your items are covered under warranty for one year for any mechanical or materials defects. To help you make this as smooth as possible our TAO Clean Customer Service has provided a handy checklist to show you exactly how to ship a product back to us:

  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly from us at  For items purchased from one of our partners, please contact them as we have no way of refunding your money.  If you aren’t getting any love from one of our partners, let us know and we’ll try to help out.
  • Please include all accessories that were originally sent
  • Use standard packing tape — no duct (or duck) tape please
  • Affix shipping label that will be emailed to you
  • Drop off the package at a FedEx Office or authorized FedEx Ship Center

Non-returnable Items

While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons unless faulty. These items are:
