The cleaning power is noticeably weaker than Tao Clean, Sonicare, or Oral-B, and without a smart timer or multiple brushing modes, I wasn’t confident I was getting an even clean. Unlike the UMMA Diamond, which allows for different brush heads depending on your needs, the Colgate 360 offers no real customization—just a basic brush head with no advanced features for whitening, sensitive teeth, or deep cleaning.And then there’s the issue of hygiene. If you’re serious about oral care, there are much better options available.

The minimalist design is one of its biggest selling points—it looks sleek, fits easily into a bag, and comes with a travel cover that doubles as a wall mount. I also liked the smart timer with vibration alerts, which helps encourage better brushing habits.
For a travel toothbrush, Quip does its job well. It’s lightweight, easy to take on the go, and the brush head + battery refill package is reasonably priced. However, for everyday use at home, it just doesn’t hold up against the other brushes on this list.
With only 15,000 brush strokes per minute, it’s by far the weakest motor here, and I found myself still brushing manually at times just to reach certain areas properly—which kind of defeats the purpose of an electric toothbrush. There’s also only one brushing mode, so there’s no way to adjust for sensitivity or a deeper clean.
One concern I had was hygiene. The travel cover is a nice touch, but when mounted on a wall, the brush head is still left exposed to bathroom germs.
