Why isn’t the logo glowing?

This is normal behavior—based on the UV cycle and Night Light settings.

  • UV runs for 12 minutes after docking
  • The TAO Clean logo pulses blue for the first 5 minutes only
  • After that, the badge is either solid white or dark depending on Night Light Mode
  • UV runs again 12 hours later, then every 24 hours if not used (timing resets with use)

To change Night Light Mode, press the black button on the bottom of the base.

The single black button turns the night light on and off.
